At Midgrow, you will work on real brand campaigns, create engaging content, and learn the true art of social media growth from scratch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and edit daily content — reels, stories, and carousels — for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Edit short promotional videos and branded content that fits the trend and tone of the brand.
• Research new trends, sounds, and ideas to help boost organic reach.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to plan campaigns and monthly calendars.
• Assist in running small ad boosts and track performance insights.
• Keep an eye on competitor pages to spot what’s working and bring new ideas to the table.
• Maintain social media consistency and ensure brand visuals stay sharp and updated.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong sense of creativity and visual storytelling.
• Basic editing skills using tools like

  Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor.

• Understanding of how social media algorithms and engagement work.
• Ability to write simple, catchy captions and taglines.
• Curiosity to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly.
• Positive attitude and team spirit — you’ll be working closely with marketing and design teams.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
