Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team! This role is ideal for freshers or college students who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for engaging our audience, promoting our products, and contributing to brand growth through WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach and engage clients
• Manage and expand our WhatsApp contact lists for targeted marketing
• Craft engaging messages, promotions, and product updates for WhatsApp distribution
• Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy
• Gather client feedback to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media engagement
• Excellent organization, time-management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and implement new marketing strategies

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and campaign updates
• Basic Negotiation Skills for handling client interactions and inquiries
• Market Research Skills to understand and analyze target audiences
• Digital Marketing Knowledge based on research and familiarity with marketing tools
