About the Role:

At Connecttly, we are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Intern who can build, grow, and manage personal brands across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.

You will work closely with brand strategists, designers, and content writers to develop engaging campaigns that amplify our clients' voices and generate real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and oversee daily activities across platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to create compelling and on-brand content.
• Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on data.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major platforms.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to create and manage content calendars and oversee campaign execution.
• Experience using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform schedulers.

• Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in an agency environment.
• Experience managing personal brands or executive profiles.
• Basic graphic design or Canva skills.
