Job Description: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence across platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media strategies, collaborating with influencers, and overseeing online reputation management (ORM) to build a strong, positive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

  • Review and enhance current social media strategy, content mix, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and trends.
  • Optimize creatives, captions, and posting schedules for maximum engagement.
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement rates, followers’ growth, reach, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for visual and written assets.

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and comments across online platforms.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative feedback.
  • Implement ORM strategies to improve and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Track reputation trends and generate reports with insights and recommendations.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and evaluate potential influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
  • Initiate partnerships and manage influencer onboarding and campaign briefs.
  • Track influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and compile reports.
  • Build and expand an active network of influencers for ongoing and future collaborations.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Experience with ORM tools and platforms (Google Alerts, Review Trackers, Mention, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, content planning, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visuals, and brand storytelling.

Good to Have: Visual Content Creation

  • Review current photography and videography assets for quality and relevance.
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Regularly publish engaging, platform-optimized visual content.
  • Work closely with influencers and social teams to maintain a consistent brand look.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
