Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s social media presence across all platforms, driving engagement, and supporting digital campaigns to achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Manage daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to adjust strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create multimedia content, including images, videos, stories, and reels.
• Handle brand reputation management, responding to comments, messages, and reviews on time.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the social media marketing or digital content creation.
• Strong understanding and Experience ofsocial media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in running social media ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing is a bonus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
