We're Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Associate (Delhi NCR)

We’re a growing fashion label working with textile leftovers to create thoughtful, design-forward pieces. We’re looking for a self-driven Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our team and help shape the brand's voice and visibility online.

Responsibilities:

Content creation: Carousels, reels, stories, and campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Building a brand voice: Help define and implement a cohesive brand language across platforms.

Studio storytelling: Capture and post behind-the-scenes, product close-ups, team moments, and day-to-day workings.

Planning & execution: Maintain a content calendar and roll out posts in line with launches and campaigns.

Analysis and growth: Use data insights to drive engagement and improve strategy across social media, and Google.

Paid Ads management: Manage social media and google ad campaigns to boost traffic and conversions, analyse data.

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable with shooting content—from flatlays to quick reels.

proficiency in Adobe Suite, canva, video editing, and graphic design.

Understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and paid ads.

Proactive, hands-on, and willing to adapt in a small, collaborative team.

Interest or experience in sustainable fashion is a big plus.
