About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and growth. This role is for someone who can think strategically, generate fresh creative ideas, and manage multiple social media accounts across different industries — especially for international clients.

If you’re someone who doesn’t just post content but builds brands, grows communities organically, and understands what actually works on social media, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for different clients
• Develop creative content ideas, reels concepts, and posting strategies tailored to each brand
• Build and execute organic growth strategies (reach, engagement, followers)
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and trends
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team for execution
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats
• Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights
• Maintain brand voice, consistency, and quality across all accounts

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years experience managing social media for multiple brands/clients
• Proven experience working with international clients (US, Canada, UK, etc.)
• Strong creative thinking & storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok organic growth
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Experience with content planning tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
• Knows what makes content scroll-stopping, save-worthy, and shareable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Bonus Points If You:

• Have grown pages from 0 → 10k / 50k / 100k+ organically
• Understand hooks, retention, and viral psychology
• Can write strong captions and reel hooks
• Have experience in law, healthcare, SaaS, or personal brands
