Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and post engaging videos daily for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other growth platforms.
• Develop content strategies with a focus on video storytelling to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Repurpose video content into shorter clips, reels, and stories for multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy for maximum reach.
• Assist with basic HR tasks such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and managing employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video content creation and social media management.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Strong communication skills and creativity in video storytelling.
• Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
