Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will develop content strategies, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.).
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor trends and engage with the online community.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand partners.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Pay: ₹12,902.50 - ₹55,000.00 per month
