Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Coimbatore Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and drive engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute content calendars in line with brand objectives and seasonal trends. Create engaging content — including text, images, videos, reels, and stories. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools; generate insights and adapt strategy accordingly. Respond to followers, manage online reputation, and engage with the community. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns and boost organic reach. Track competitor activity and emerging trends to ensure relevance and innovation. Prepare monthly reports showcasing growth, ROI, and KPIs. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management. Proven experience running social media campaigns that drive results. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc. Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
