Job Description

Ibex Consultants is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across various platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies in line with business objectives
Create and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels)
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
Stay current with industry trends and social media best practices
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community
Work closely with designers and the marketing team
Manage social media ad campaigns (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Video editing and paid ad experience is a bonus
