Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics aligned with brand identity
  • Plan and manage ad campaigns (organic + paid) to increase reach and engagement
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaigns and promotions
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing of content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Canva
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Knowledge of basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and performance reports
  • Creative thinking and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • SEO and keyword research knowledge
  • Basic understanding of influencer and brand collaboration strategies
  • Experience with NGOs or community-based campaigns (if relevant)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
