About The Role:

The Client Deployment Associate/Executive will be stationed at client departments to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery of all creative assets, and seamless communication between internal teams and client stakeholders. This role supports the Strategy & Growth Lead by ensuring deliverable tracking, gathering approvals, identifying client needs, and spotting upselling/new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and the client department.
● Understand client requirements, communicate briefs clearly, and ensure aligned expectations.

● Maintain strong professional relationships with client officers or heads.
● Track all assigned deliverables (creative assets, content pieces, campaigns, reports).● Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with internal design, content, production, and ad teams.● Maintain a daily tracker of tasks, deadlines, and approvals.● Escalate delays or bottlenecks to the Strategy & Growth Lead.● Present creatives/assets to the client for review.● Get timely approvals and ensure required feedback is communicated to internal teams.● Maintain documented workflows, versions, and approval logs.● Coordinate with internal ad teams, production teams, and content teams.● Ensure campaign assets meet the brand and department guidelines.● Identify gaps, new requirements, or additional support areas within the department.● Suggest relevant services/products to the client in coordination with Strategy & Growth Lead.● Support proposal creation or requirement documentation when needed.● Maintain weekly and monthly progress reports.● Provide insights on performance, client feedback, and opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Strong communication & relationship management
● Task tracking and basic project management● Good understanding of creative workflows (design, content, video)● Problem-solving and quick decision-making● Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)● Client handling and stakeholder management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
