Job Description

As a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Influencer Manager, your main responsibility will be to take full ownership of our organic presence on various platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and more. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Content Scheduling & Platform Ownership - Manage the content calendar across all channels and ensure consistent scheduling and publishing of posts. - Adapt posts to suit the format, visual style, and caption style of each platform. - Maintain profile hygiene by updating bios, highlight reels, board structures, and post pinning. - Ensure all live content is free of typos, properly formatted, and aligns with the brand. - Engagement & Community Management - Promptly and warmly respond to DMs, comments, tags, reviews, and questions. - Flag recurring questions or concerns to the team for FAQ/content updates. - Maintain a consistent and friendly tone across all audience interactions. - UGC & Customer-Driven Content - Identify, request, and secure usage rights for high-quality UGC from real customers. - Organize, archive, and reuse UGC across campaigns and platforms. - Maintain high aesthetic quality and brand alignment standards. - Influencer Campaign Management - Discover and reach out to relevant UK-based creators who align with our brand tone and aesthetic. - Negotiate rates, manage budgets, and coordinate product sendouts and deliverables. - Review content for tone, quality, and fit to ensure timely delivery and usage rights. - Build and maintain a reliable network of creators for regular activation. - Social Trend Awareness - Stay updated on platform updates, visual trends, creator formats, and tone shifts. - Provide trend-adapted post formats, hooks, or content angles to the brand team. - Review all content critically for visual taste and tonal accuracy. - Tools & Organization - Manage calendars, campaigns, and content pipelines using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Drive, and shared folders. - Document, label, and track status of tasks across platforms and collaborations. In addition to the responsibilities, the required skills and experience for this role include: - 3+ years of experience managing social media and influencer campaigns for a consumer brand or client. - Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other customer-facing platforms. - Experience with Canva and tools like CapCut or InShot for quick adaptation of creative assets. - Proficiency in using planning tools such as Notion and Google Sheets. - Excellent written English skills with a natural tone and brand sensitivity. - Demonstrated ability to manage creator partnerships including outreach, negotiation, logistics, and content quality control.,
