Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager at Sugar St. Creative. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, managing accounts, creating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimising social media platforms, and ensuring effective communication with the target audience. This role is located in Bengaluru but allows for flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Skills in social media management and social media optimisation
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in developing content strategies, and content calendars.
• Ability to manage, curate and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to create engaging and creative content, and work with design and content teams to bring brand visions to life.
• Ability to partake in community engagement.
• Strategise marketing initiatives and campaigns, aligning with brand requirements.
• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
