Social Media Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in the beauty industry. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging,content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in social media management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content that aligns with brand guidelinesand marketing objectives. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Engage with the online beauty community, influencers, and brand advocates to foster brand loyalty and build strong relationships. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of social media effortswith overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging. Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas forimprovement. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend strategies to enhance social mediapresence and performance. Monitor and manage social media budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends, key influencers, and competitor activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance and track KPIs. Experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns that have resulted in increased brand awareness, engagement, andcustomer acquisition. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
