Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement impactful social media strategies aligned with business and branding goals.

2. Lead the planning and execution of content (text, image, and video), including appearing in brand videos to drive engagement and trust.

3. Manage daily posting, audience interaction, and content planning across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

4. Drive digital campaigns, reels, influencer marketing, contests, and promotional initiatives.

5. Supervise and collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to deliver on-brand creatives.

6. Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on audience behavior and results.

7. Stay ahead of digital trends, especially in video marketing, and bring innovative formats to the brand's storytelling.

-Proven experience in managing and strategizing social media

-Fluency and command over English and Hindi language
