Social Media Manager

Job Description

We want a smart and creative Social Media Manager who is up to date on the newest trends, news, information, and updates to manage our brand s presence across all major social media platforms. He or she will oversee daily social media operations and create, plan, and deliver compelling content. The ideal candidate should be able to have storytelling skills, manage and produce content ideas, or a content calendar. He/ she should stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the digital space, especially in the electric vehicle (EV) industry. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage social media plans, monitor daily activity across all platforms, and track and change performance based on data analysis. Create compelling material (posts, reels, videos, etc), keep a consistent posting schedule, and work with creative and marketing teams. Increase brand visibility and followers, and respond to messages and comments quickly. Manage online communities and collaborate with influencers. Plan and execute launch and promotion campaigns, collaborate with teams on advertising objectives, and look for content ideas by monitoring trends and rivals. Analyse metrics for success, send monthly reports with insights, and use audience comments to improve content. Key Skills Qualifications: 2-4 years of expertise with social media and content strategy. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what performs best on each platform. Capable of using Canva and performing basic video editing on reels and shorts. Strong writing and narrative skills geared to online audiences. Experience with scheduling and analytics systems such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and Meta Suite. Capable of creating and managing a content calendar for multiple platforms. Comfortable interacting with online communities and building brands organically. A passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility is a significant advantage.
