Client Relations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Client Relations Executive to join our team who will be creating strong client relationships, converting leads into loyal customers, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The candidate must have problem-solving skills, can come up with significant and creative ideas, and are committed to providing a seamless and happy client service experience. Key Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely manner. Maintain good relationships with the clients by staying in touch and giving exceptional service. Help new clients with getting started and maintaining a detailed record of all interactions and work with internal teams to ensure that clients needs are met. Should have the skills like patience and good communication skills, should handle the clients calmly and professionally, and escalate as needed. Qualification and Key Skills: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred. 1-3 years of experience with client service, customer support, or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solver who is always focused on meeting the needs of the customer.
