About Us:

Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
social media strategies
for multiple client brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
Create, plan, and manage
content calendars
tailored to each brand’s goals and audience
Write engaging copy and guide the creative direction for posts, reels, and campaigns
Track platform trends and competitor activities to recommend fresh ideas
Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, community management, and timely responses on behalf of clients
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategy based on insights
Act as the
point of contact for clients
, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of results
Work closely with internal creative and design teams to bring campaigns to life

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

4–6 years of proven experience in
end-to-end social media management for brands
(mandatory)
Strong content writing and storytelling skills
Experience managing multiple brand pages/products or chain accounts
Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, tools, and analytics
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver with accountability
Bilingual proficiency
(English + regional language) is a strong plus
