Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, multifaceted professional to fill a unique hybrid role that sits at the intersection of brand visibility, paid media performance, and operational efficiency. As the Social Media Manager, Programmatic Lead & Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Founder while simultaneously acting as the engine behind our organic and paid digital growth.

This role requires a highly organized individual who can switch gears effortlessly between creative content strategy, data-driven advertising, and high-level administrative support. You will manage the executive's schedule with precision while ensuring our social and programmatic campaigns are engaging, efficient, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

Part 1: Social Media Management

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness and engagement. Maintain a content calendar for all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Content Creation: Design, write, and edit high-quality content, including graphics, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and compelling copy.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional brand voice. Foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications to keep the brand relevant.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate with the marketing team to launch product promotions, giveaways, and influencer partnerships.

Part 2: Programmatic Advertising

  • Campaign Execution: Setup, manage, and optimize programmatic display, video, and audio campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize first and third-party data to define audience segments and implement effective retargeting strategies.
  • Bidding & Budgeting: Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPM efficiency.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Deep-dive into campaign performance data to identify trends. Provide reporting on key metrics (CTR, conversions, viewability) and adjust tactics in real-time.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with ad tech partners and inventory suppliers to ensure campaign success.

Part 3: Executive Assistance

  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage a complex calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing inquiries.
  • Email & Communication: Monitor the executive's inbox, draft correspondence, and respond to inquiries on their behalf. Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring travel logistics run smoothly.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, research, and presentation preparation (PowerPoint/Keynote).
  • Personal Assistance: (Optional/If applicable) Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks to maximize the executive's time efficiency.

Key Competencies

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly between creative brainstorming, analytical ad buying, and logistical coordination.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and make decisions based on campaign metrics.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to adopt the brand's voice for public channels and the executive's voice for internal correspondence.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Organization: Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Programmatic Advertising/DSPs.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency:
  • Programmatic: Google DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, or similar DSPs. Google Analytics.
  • Social Media: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook Business Suite, Sprout Social/Hootsuite/Buffer.
  • Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Premiere/Lightroom) is a strong plus.
  • Office Tools: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Trello/Asana/Notion.
