Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-brand social media strategies aligned with each brand’s voice, goals, and audience.
• Conduct trend and competitor research to identify viral content opportunities and emerging formats.
• Create monthly content calendars, including a mix of reels, posts, stories, carousels, and UGC ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and brand managers to bring content ideas to life.
• Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for captions, reels, and static posts.
• Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and engage with communities: respond to comments, DMs, and actively build brand love.
• Track analytics and performance to optimize future content.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly.
• Support occasional influencer collaborations, giveaways, or social-led campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing social media for consumer brands (e-commerce/D2C experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms like Threads or TikTok.
• A knack for storytelling, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to ideate content themes based on consumer behavior, product features, and seasonal trends.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (design, video, brand, growth).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or content planning tools is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude with an execution-first mindset.
