Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Ideation

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality social media content aligned with the brand aesthetic.
• Plan and style shoots in coordination with photographers, videographers, and the creative team.
• Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Brand Aesthetic & Storytelling

• Maintain a cohesive, elevated visual identity across all platforms.
• Translate product stories and brand philosophy into emotionally resonant posts.
• Identify cultural and creative trends to keep the brand relevant and aspirational.

• Channel Management

• Manage and grow Outerworld's presence on

  Instagram

  ,

  LinkedIn

  , and

  YouTube

  organically.
• Draft compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Schedule, post, and monitor content performance regularly.

• Community & Growth

• Build authentic engagement with the Outerworld community.
• Track analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Experiment with new formats and ideas to challenge the status quo and drive growth.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in social media, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong sense of

  aesthetics

  , styling, and luxury visual language.
• Experience in coordinating shoots and working closely with creative teams.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.
• Creative thinker with a strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond the ordinary.
• Proficiency with content planning tools (Notion, Later, or similar) is a plus.
