Social Media Manager - Night shift & Work from Office Only

About the Role:

Traveloflix Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to manage our brand presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, editing, designing, and executing digital campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, posts) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Design graphics, posts, and ad creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Leonardo, Runway, etc.) for ideation, content generation, and automation.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize reach.
• Run and support social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads — training will be provided if needed).
• Track performance analytics and provide weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of photo editing and video editing
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Creative mindset with the ability to create eye-catching social content
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Night shift availability (mandatory)

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Knowledge of social media algorithms and growth strategies
• Basic understanding of SEO & hashtags strategy
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools
