The Role (Read Carefully)


Social Media & Community Manager

  • Managing all social media accounts for the restaurants we work with
  • Managing social media for our own brand and creator handles
  • Planning content calendars weeks and months in advance
  • Scheduling and publishing posts consistently
  • Actively engaging with the audience through comments, replies, and stories


You are the person who makes sure the account never feels dead.


What You Will Be Responsible For


  • Plan monthly and long-term content calendars for multiple accounts
  • Schedule posts, reels, shorts, and stories in advance
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators for upcoming content
  • Decide optimal posting days and times based on performance
  • Write captions that sound human, not corporate
  • Reply to comments and DMs thoughtfully to build community
  • Engage with followers to keep reach and interaction high
  • Come up with creative post ideas, story formats, polls, questions, and engagement hooks
  • Track what’s working and improve consistency and activity

Who This Role Is For


You’ll do well here if:

  • You have 1.5–4 years of hands-on social media management experience
  • You’ve managed real brand or creator accounts, not just personal pages
  • You understand Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content culture
  • You enjoy planning, scheduling, and systems
  • You are organised and don’t miss posting deadlines
  • You know how to talk to an audience in comments without sounding fake
  • You can manage multiple accounts without losing your mind


Tools familiarity (preferred):

  • Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
  • Basic understanding of analytics and reach metrics


This Role Is NOT For You If


  • You only want to create content, but not manage accounts
  • You hate replying to comments or interacting with people
  • You need constant supervision to stay consistent
  • You treat social media like a side task


This role requires responsibility and follow-through.
