The Role (Read Carefully) We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who will take full responsibility for: Managing all social media accounts for the restaurants we work with Managing social media for our own brand and creator handles Planning content calendars weeks and months in advance Scheduling and publishing posts consistently Actively engaging with the audience through comments, replies, and stories You are the person who makes sure the account never feels dead. What You Will Be Responsible For Plan monthly and long-term content calendars for multiple accounts Schedule posts, reels, shorts, and stories in advance Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators for upcoming content Decide optimal posting days and times based on performance Write captions that sound human, not corporate Reply to comments and DMs thoughtfully to build community Engage with followers to keep reach and interaction high Come up with creative post ideas, story formats, polls, questions, and engagement hooks Track what’s working and improve consistency and activity If a page looks active, alive, and responsive — that’s your credit. The Role We’re looking for a video editor who understands storytelling , not just shortcuts. You’ll be editing reels, shorts, and occasional long-form videos for restaurants — content that’s: Fast-paced Emotion-driven Funny when it should be Cinematic when it needs to be Always scroll-stopping This is not factory editing. This is narrative-first editing.
