Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with the school's events and activities.

- Attend school events and capture high-quality photographs for social media posts.

- Edit photographs to incorporate the school logo and enhance visual appeal.

- Design captivating posters and graphics to promote school events and initiatives.

- Publish content across various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

- Craft compelling and descriptive captions to accompany social media posts.

- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding strategies.

- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing social media platforms for organizations.

- Proficiency in GSuite applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

- Strong skills in photo editing and photography, with knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
