You will run Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads, monitor performance, generate reports and ensure high-quality leads and ROI for clients. ⭐ Key Responsibilities:Create, run & optimize ads on Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads Create high-performing ad creatives, targeting & audience segmentation Set up Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager & Conversion Tracking Daily monitoring of ad performance (CPC, CTR, leads, conversions) Retargeting campaigns for better results Prepare weekly & monthly reports Coordinate with design/content team for creatives Research competitors & industry trends Manage client ad budgets and improve ROI Handle lead quality checks and follow-up tracking 🎯 Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Knowledge of Lead Gen, Conversion, Traffic & Brand Awareness campaigns Understanding of marketing funnels, analytics & reporting Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel setup, Tag Manager Strong communication & analytical skills Ability to work full-time from office 📚 Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in social media ads management Digital marketing certification (preferred) 💼 Salary:₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) + incentives 🕒 Work Timings:Monday to Saturday – Full Time, Work From Office 📞 Contact:Media Tech Temple Bharatpur, Rajasthan
