Social Media Manager( Media Industry)

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven, and culturally savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the media or entertainment industry, understands audience engagement, and knows how to translate content into community growth and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and content goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments relevant to media and entertainment audiences.

Content & Campaign Management

• Oversee content creation (copy, visuals, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with production, PR, and creative teams to amplify show launches, celebrity appearances, and live events.
• Manage social media calendars and coordinate posting schedules.

Community Engagement

• Build and nurture online communities, responding to fans, followers, and influencers in a timely, authentic manner.
• Engage in real-time marketing around trending topics, events, and entertainment moments.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to optimize performance.

Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams including PR, content, design, and advertising.
• Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations relevant to entertainment campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
