Role: Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Social Media Manager who can grow our presence, build community love, and make Zefrix the place to be for young creators.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Create content that resonates with Gen Z and creators — reels, stories, trends, and posts.
• Collaborate with the creative & product team to bring Zefrix’s vision to life.
• Build and engage our community — turn followers into superfans.
• Stay on top of trends and experiment with fresh ideas.
• Track performance, growth, and engagement metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form content & storytelling.
• Experience in growing brands or personal pages on Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube.
• Hands-on skills in Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools.
• A creative thinker who knows how to make things go viral
• Passion for creators, communities, and culture.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience working with creator-led or youth-focused brands.
• You’ve built and managed your own audience online.
• You understand pop culture and digital language deeply.
