Social Media Manager (LinkedIn)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to manage our LinkedIn presence. You will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies, building brand awareness, growing our network, and driving engagement with a professional audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and post engaging content tailored for LinkedIn (including carousels, polls, thought leadership posts, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
• Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and optimize content based on data
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build professional connections
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creative assets
• Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Build and manage LinkedIn campaigns (organic or paid) when required
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to amplify employer branding and company updates

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for a brand or agency
• Good command of written English and understanding of tone for professional platforms
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics and basic content performance tracking
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of B2B marketing is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Canva, Photoshop, or basic graphic design tools
• Copywriting and content strategy
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a bonus

Having laptop is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
