Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic social media manager to oversee and enhance the social media presence of our digital marketing company and its clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth and engagement across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about social media trends, analytics, and storytelling, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
  • Identify target audiences and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media success.

2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.

3. Community Engagement:

  • Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage online reputation.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.

5. Trend Analysis and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Propose and experiment with new ideas to improve engagement and reach.

6. Advertising Campaigns:

  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting for maximum ROI.

7. Client Management:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored social media strategies.
  • Present performance reports and campaign results to clients.

8. Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other teams, including SEO, content, and paid media, to align efforts and amplify results.
  • Develop influencer partnerships and collaborations where appropriate.

Job Types: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
