Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Kapra Highness Ventures-Buyerzkart in Kochi, your role will involve leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers, developing social media marketing plans for products, maintaining online customer relations, and providing market forecasts and reports. You will be responsible for creating new market development strategies, analyzing data, and managing the social media marketing department's operational requirements and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the marketing strategy by using social media to acquire customers - Develop social media marketing plans for each product and lead promotional support - Maintain online customer relations and develop specific customer-relations programs - Provide market forecasts and reports by directing market research and analyzing data - Create new strategies for market development and consult with internal and external sources - Maintain a research database by identifying and assembling marketing information - Provide marketing information by addressing questions and requests - Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions - Complete social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees" tasks and following up on work results - Maintain the social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees - Develop marketing staff by offering information, educational opportunities, and growth prospects Qualifications/Skills: - Social media skills - Creating and maintaining client relationships - Managing Processes - Self-motivated yet customer-focused - Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Qualification: - Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field - 3-5 years of proven working experience in digital/social marketing, especially in an E-commerce company - Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns - Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc. - Working knowledge of ad serving tools - Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Note: Skills required for this role include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, and Digital media.,
