Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who is creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing. The intern will support the marketing team in managing and growing University Insights’ presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, posts).
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).
• Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to boost engagement.
• Interact with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries.
• Collaborate with the design team for graphics, creatives, and ad campaigns.
• Support campaign planning for lead generation and student awareness programs.
• Assist in reporting weekly and monthly insights on growth and engagement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
• Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
