Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our client’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective content strategies, engaging with audiences, and aligning social efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client objectives
• Plan and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging and brand-aligned content with a focus on reach and interaction
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize performance
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build online communities
• Generate performance reports and insights using analytics tools to inform strategy
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent branding and timely execution

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Strong content planning, copywriting, and creative design coordination skills
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to interpret client needs and convert them into impactful digital actions
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio or proof of work with successful campaigns is an added advantage
