The candidate will play a key role in converting Instagram inquiries into sales while ensuring smooth coordination between inventory, dispatch, and content creation. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a creative understanding of Instagram as a business and sales platform.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram & Customer Handling

• Instagram business account

• customer queries via Instagram DMs and comments.

• Share accurate product details such as pricing, availability, offers, and delivery timelines.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.

Sales & Order Processing

• stock availability

• Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

• order confirmation, packing, and dispatch of products.

• Maintain records of orders, customer details, and sales updates.

Content & Photoshoot Coordination

• Assist in organizing props, products, and shoot schedules.

• Ensure product visuals align with brand image and sales goals.

Instagram Sales Planning & Strategy

• increasing engagement and sales.

• Suggest ideas for reels, stories, posts, offers, and campaigns.

• Track trends on Instagram and apply relevant ideas to boost reach.

• Monitor performance of posts and sales inquiries

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, and marketing.

• Provide regular updates on inquiries, orders, and sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Technical & Platform Skills

• Instagram (DMs, posts, reels, stories).
