Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key player in our community engagement efforts, you will manage and grow our communities across various platforms, ensuring seamless communication and support for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Video Creation: Create short form & long form videos
• Content Creation: Create content - text, images
• Social Media Planning: Plan social media activity for different accounts
• Social Media Interaction: Create, Build & Regularly interact with projects on social media channels like Twitter to maintain a strong online presence.
• Engagement and Content Creation: Create engaging content to drive community participation and growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years of work experience.
• Technical Knowledge: While not mandatory, tech knowledge is preferred.
• Location: Ability to work from Lucknow, India (Hybrid possible but 3 days in-office per week required)
• Availability: Full-time commitment.
• Skills: Basic technical understanding with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Social Media Savvy: Active on social media and community platforms.
• Language: Good command over english
• Tools: Should be well versed with basic video editing, audio editing and image editing tools (Inshot, Canva, Kapcut and similar)
