Job Summary: Aarvee denims & Export Ltd is looking for a creative Content Writer in managing LinkedIn profiles and creating engaging content. In this role, you will be responsible for writing compelling LinkedIn posts, articles, and company updates that enhance our brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with the companys messaging, values, and objectives, while building a strong professional identity on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Write clear, engaging, and professional content tailored specifically for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, company updates, and announcements. Manage and optimize the LinkedIn profile to ensure it reflects the companys vision, values, and offerings, attracting the right audience. Create content strategies to enhance engagement, building a community of followers and maintaining an active LinkedIn presence. Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn trends, industry news, and best practices, incorporating relevant information into content to keep the profile dynamic. Ensure all written content aligns with Steptrades brand voice, tone, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all LinkedIn posts. Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align LinkedIn content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals. Plan and schedule regular LinkedIn posts, ensuring consistent activity and timing for maximum reach and engagement. Monitor and analyze LinkedIn performance (likes, shares, comments, etc.) to adjust content strategies for improved engagement. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 1 Years of professional content writing experience, with a focus on LinkedIn or social media platforms. Profile management key personal Exceptional writing ability with a focus on clarity, creativity, and professionalism suited for LinkedIns business audience. Familiarity with LinkedIns features, best practices, and tools to optimize content and engagement. Basic understanding of SEO practices for social media content and LinkedIn optimization. Ability to research industry-related topics and translate them into engaging LinkedIn posts and articles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to use analytics tools to measure LinkedIn content performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Basic knowledge of LinkedIn advertising and paid campaigns. A good understanding of professional networking and B2B content writing.
