Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle our in-house social media presence. This role involves planning, creating, and managing engaging content, running campaigns, and analyzing performance to grow our brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and create engaging posts, reels, and videos for all platforms.
• Manage content calendar and coordinate with creative team.
• Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and online communities.
• Run paid campaigns and optimize for best results.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting and visual content skills.
• Ability to work with tools like Canva/Photoshop/Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
