Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate Specialist) to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and driving property sales through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complete digital marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Generate high-quality real estate leads (buyers, investors, site visit leads)
• Manage property listing portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.)
• Create and optimize landing pages for real estate campaigns
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools
• Plan content strategy for social media, reels, videos, and property promotions
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and ROI
• Manage SEO, local SEO (GMB), and online reputation for real estate brands
• Monitor budgets, CPL, ROI, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong experience in Real Estate marketing
• Proven track record in real estate lead generation and campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools
• Strong understanding of buyer personas, funnels, and property sales cycles
• Knowledge of CRM integration and lead nurturing strategies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling residential, commercial, and luxury property projects
• Knowledge of video marketing, reels, and performance creatives
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
