Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media strategy for BIG Offers, focusing on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and X to drive conversions. Create urgency-driven content (posts, videos, stories) that highlights deals (e.g., Only 24 Hours Left! 50% Off Gadgets Use video tools (e.g., InShot, Canva) to produce deal-focused short-form videos (e.g., Flash Sale Alert!”). Collaborate with deal-focused influencers to promote offers, managing partnerships and tracking ROI. Engage users by sharing real-time deal updates, responding to queries, and running giveaways (e.g., “Win a Gadget!”). Analyze performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics, optimizing content to meet sales-driven KPIs (e.g., 15% conversion increase). Work with operations and design teams to align social media campaigns with deal launches (e.g., holiday sales). Stay updated on e-commerce trends to ensure BIG Offers remains competitive in the deals space. Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience : 3+ years in social media marketing, ideally for e-commerce or deals platforms. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Sprout Social, Buffer, InShot, Canva; knowledge of SEO and analytics. Soft Skills : Strategic, persuasive, excellent communicator, data-driven, collaborative. Additional : Understanding of Indian e-commerce trends and ability to craft urgency-driven content.
