We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who balances strategic sharpness with creative energy. Someone who’s grown brands, worked in agencies, and knows how to make performance and storytelling work together.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):

• Manage and own a sharp content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
• Build engaging campaigns from scratch: copy, creatives, and content flow
• Collaborate with designers and writers to produce high-performing assets
• Track performance, draw insights, and make every post smarter than the last
• Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, trend formats, and audience behaviour
• Use Gen-AI tools (like ChatGPT or Midjourney) to boost content workflows
• Work with the brand and strategy teams to align content with bigger goals

What You Bring to the Feed:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience at a digital agency
• Deep familiarity with B2B brands, especially in tech, SaaS, or service sectors
• Platform expertise—especially LinkedIn; Instagram, and YouTube are a bonus
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation or production
• Experience with ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) is an added advantage
• Availability to join immediately or within a very short notice period

This role isn’t for someone who’s just posting content.
