Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media channels, and optimizing content for better engagement. The daily tasks include developing and executing content strategies, writing engaging posts, and monitoring and responding to social media interactions. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Excellent Communication and Writing skills
Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
Proficiency in using social media management tools
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
