Responsibilities 🔹 Assist in content planning, creation, and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube 🔹 Collaborate on Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, static posts, and product campaigns 🔹 Help manage and grow our YouTube channel (titles, thumbnails, uploads, SEO) 🔹 Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers 🔹 Track monthly analytics and suggest content improvements 🔹 Handle backend Shiprocket operations: • Call customers who abandoned checkout • Resolve all NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) • Ensure smooth order deliveries & post-order support ⸻ Who You Are ✔ Strong communicator in English and Hindi ✔ Familiar with Canva, Instagram, YouTube, and basic video tools like InShot or CapCut ✔ Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling creative + operational tasks ✔ Interested in fashion, storytelling, or ethical e-commerce ✔ Bonus: You have photography/videography skills or Shiprocket experience ⸻ Why Join Us? 🌟 Mentorship directly from the founder 🌟 Real-world exposure to social media marketing and e-commerce 🌟 Opportunity to convert into a full-time role 🌟 Flexible, impact-driven startup environment Show more Show less
