• Own the day-to-day creation of content across ZLG’s social platforms
• Translate ZLG’s voice and ideas into posts, carousels, threads, and short-form formats
• Track culture, news, and business trends to keep our presence sharp and timely
• Collaborate with our editorial, consulting, and design teams to spotlight key work and insights
• Build micro-campaigns that drive awareness, credibility, and inbound momentum
• Analyze performance to refine tone, format, and cadence over time
  

• Write clearly, confidently, and with modern digital rhythm
• Understand tone: how to be smart without sounding self-important
• Know what makes a post scroll-stopping — whether it’s a hook, a headline, or a visual
• Live and breathe digital: you follow brands, founders, and thinkers who shape the feed
• Are curious about consulting, systems, design, operations, or the business of building
• Bonus: Basic Canva or Figma skills, motion tools, or post-production interest
