Role Description :

As a Social Media & Content Intern, you will help build the voice, visual identity, and storytelling style of Whattaplace. You will create content, shoot inside real spaces across Delhi, experiment with formats, and contribute directly to how the brand is shaped from its early 0-to-1 stage.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply creative. You will work closely with the founder and creative team, own your projects end-to-end, and help bring the brand to life every single day.

Looking for someone preferably based in Delhi-NCR and able to travel for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders to plan and ideate brand narratives and
• Shoot and create content inside spaces across Delhi (reels, short videos, behind-the-scenes, space tours)
• Ideate fresh content formats, script short stories, and find new ways to showcase spaces.
• Edit content for social media with transitions, audio sync, flow, pacing, and storytelling.
• Manage social media handles, plan weekly content calendars, and maintain consistency.
• Write sharp, engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy.
• Build the visual language of Whattaplace through aesthetic references, moodboards, and style direction.
• Track trends and formats to ensure content stays relevant and creatively ahead.
• Support photoshoots, creator collaborations, and on-ground content capture.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in writing, editing, and creating engaging content for various platforms.
• Social Media Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with different social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to measure social media performance.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to social media performance or content.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content along with strong aesthetic sense including composition, colors & typography
• Basic Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create or edit images and videos for social media. Curiosity to explore new ideas, formats, and creative experiments.
• Understanding of Social Media Marketing Principles: Knowledge of social media marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
• Comfortable shooting on phone or basic camera; bonus if you have shot spaces or people before.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, design, marketing, communications, film, or self-taught with a strong portfolio.
