Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: Naraina, Delhi (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)

Stipend: ₹12,000/month

About Us

We are a growing social media agency handling brand presence for cafés, restaurants, and bakeries. We also operate Birch & Co., a home décor and gifting brand known for premium, aesthetic products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our brands and clients with content development and social media execution.

Responsibilities

Research, plan, and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Write engaging captions, content copy, and reel scripts aligned with brand tone.

Assist in creating Reels, Stories, and other short-form content formats.

Coordinate with the design and photography team to ensure timely content delivery.

Track trends, hashtags, formats, and competitive insights.

Support in managing audience engagement (comments, DMs, responses).

Assist with basic performance reports and analysis.

Requirements

Strong interest in digital media, branding, and online content trends.

Good command over written English (Hindi writing is a plus).

Basic knowledge of Instagram, short-form content, and creator trends.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience or academic projects related to content creation or marketing is an advantage (not mandatory).
