WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Social Media Intern to join our growing team at Binaf Fashion Studio. This role is for someone who lives and breathes content, understands fashion aesthetics, and enjoys storytelling through visuals and words. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing team to help shape our digital presence across platforms, from daily content to campaign-led storytelling.

This internship offers hands-on experience in fashion branding, content creation, and community engagement, with real ownership and creative input.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Instagram and other social platforms
• Help with reel concepts, captions, hooks, and storytelling ideas aligned with the brand’s tone
• Support during shoots: behind-the-scenes content, reels, stories, and live updates
• Edit short-form videos and static content using basic editing tools and apps
• Create moodboards and references for campaigns, collections, and social themes
• Track content performance and help with basic insights and engagement analysis
• Research trends, audios, formats, and competitor content within the fashion space
• Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics, voice, and visual language
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions (as guided)
• Assist in campaign planning for launches, offers, and special brand moments

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong interest in fashion, content creation, and digital media
• Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of editing and design tools (Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.)
• Good writing skills with an eye for captions and hooks
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow with the brand

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
