You are expected to assist head designers in :- 1. Research & Inspiration Assist in trend research and mood board creation. Gather fabric, color, and style references for new collections. Study competitor brands and consumer preferences. 2. Design Assistance Help with sketching and developing fashion illustrations (hand-drawn or digital). Create and edit technical drawings using software like Adobe Illustrator. Support designers in creating spec sheets and design documents. 3. Fabric & Material Handling Organize fabric swatches and assist in material selection. Coordinate with suppliers to source fabrics and trims. Maintain an inventory of textiles and design materials. 4. Sample Development Assist in sample making and prototype development. Work closely with pattern makers and tailors to ensure designs are executed correctly. Provide feedback on fit, construction, and details. 5. Administrative & Production Support Organize design files, documents, and archives. Prepare presentation materials for design meetings.
