Social Media Content Creator & Analyst

We're looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that engages our audience and drives results. You'll not only create compelling visual and written content, but also use data to understand what's working and how we can improve.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop, create, and schedule a variety of content (images, videos, graphics, text) for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram
• , Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and tone across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, conversions).
• Use data to identify content that resonates with our audience and informs future content decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize content performance.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
• Community Engagement:
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and interactive online presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of creative and engaging content.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform analytics).
• Solid understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
